  1  Installation
***************************************
  1.1  Installation steps
You should have three zip files in this installation.  Expand the contents
of each into one temporary directory on your computer.  You should have
the following files:

    readme.txt
    licence.txt
    setup.exe
    setup.w02
    setup.w03

Run setup.exe and follow the on screen instructions.

  2  Hardware and Software Requirements
***************************************

  - Intel 386, 486, Pentium machine or higher
  - Microsoft Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, or NT
  - (DOS 6.0 or higher for Windows 3.x only)
  - 4 MB  RAM or more
  - 10 MB free disk space for full installation
  - 40 MB free disk space recommended for user data
  - VGA, SVGA, or better
  - Tape drive or other backup facility recommended.

  3  New Features
***************************************
  3.1  Export

SlideStockPro now exports the contents of the slide, photographer, client,
submital, and invoice editors.  To use this feature, open the editor you wish to export records from, then under the File menu choose Export.  For the slide, photographer, and client editors, the function exports all listed records, so if you want to limit this, use the Find by Values command in the Find menu.  At present, the Invoice and Submittal Editors can only export the current record.

  4.2  Change in Our Telephone Area Code in 1998
In 1998, the telephone company will be changing our telephone area code from 508 to 978.

- Replaced a bound data combobox with the standard combobox.  The bound control was sometimes causing an error when closing a form.
- Fixed several help file links.
- Made the tooltips checkbox state saved on exit.

- Added missing files to the install program.  
- Removed the printable manual from the installation to lower the number of install diskettes.  With registering, users will now receive a printed copy of the manual.
- In the registration window, added a display of the number of days since registration.
- Added the Export feature.
- Changed the licence agreement to comply with ASP guidelines.
